Rates and Services
The special rates are available at all Thomsonfly destinations when booking car rental with our partner Europcar. The rates include airport surcharges, sales tax, main insurances and unlimited mileage. For one and two day rentals in France 500 km/day are included and additional mileage is charged at 0.30 to 0.40 £/km depending on the car category booked.
When booking via Thomsonfly.com you automatically benefit from the Thomsonfly rates. If you want to book your car rental via the phone, call Europcar Reservations on +44 113 237 6859. When booking, simply quote the Thomsonfly contract number 42213535 and the Thomsonfly discount will apply. If you want to pick up a car at the airport without reserving, simply go to the Europcar desk at the airport.

Collection
When renting a car from Europcar, please bring your Thomsonfly booking confirmation (e-mail, fax or print-out) and driving licence. A major valid credit card must be presented at time of rental in the name of the driver except for rentals in United Kingdom, where a Debit Card may be used.

Modification and Cancellation
Europcar and Thomsonfly want the service offered to its customers to be as convenient and cost effective as possible. Therefore amendments to bookings and cancellations are always possible and free of charge.
